INRIX announces ambitious European strategy, partners with ARC Transistance

INRIX, a U.S. provider of traffic data today has unveiled its European strategy which includes three different areas: an agreement with ARC Transistance to aggregate traffic incident data in 16 countries, local partnerships to build up traffic flow data and a technology partnership with leading Dutch research organization TNO.
